Terms of Service

Effective May 7, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Circle Now Collective, including browsing the website, creating an account, booking or attending circles, purchasing membership, booking coaching sessions, applying to facilitate, and using any related platform features. By creating an account, booking a circle, purchasing membership, attending a session, applying as a facilitator, or otherwise using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Important notice. Circle Now Collective is a platform for live, facilitated relational and presence-based practices. Circles and coaching sessions are not psychotherapy, counselling, medical care, crisis support, emergency support, psychiatric care, or any other regulated health service. Participation can involve emotional, relational, psychological, or interpersonal intensity. You participate voluntarily and are responsible for your own choices, limits, safety, and wellbeing.

1. Who We Are and What We Provide

Circle Now Collective ("Circle Now," "we," "us," or "our") operates an online platform that allows participants to discover, book, and attend live online circles and related offerings hosted by independent facilitators. We provide website infrastructure, booking tools, payment processing access, account management, communications, and community features.

Circle Now is not the provider of the underlying circle experience, the facilitator's professional services, or any therapeutic, medical, psychological, spiritual, financial, legal, or other professional advice. The content, tone, structure, exercises, interventions, statements, and conduct within a circle are the responsibility of the facilitator and the participants in that circle.

Circle Now Collective is operated by About Me Agency, LLC, a California limited liability company with its registered address at 4428 Young Drive, Montrose, CA 91020, United States.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use the platform, book or attend circles, purchase membership, or participate in coaching sessions.

You agree to provide accurate account information, keep your login credentials confidential, and notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization. You are responsible for all activity under your account unless the activity results from our failure to use reasonable security measures.

3. Circles Are Not Therapy, Healthcare, or Crisis Services

Circles are educational, experiential, relational, and presence-based group practices. They may include open sharing, dyads, group reflection, embodiment, mindfulness-style exercises, interpersonal inquiry, feedback, silence, emotional expression, or other facilitator-led or emergent processes.

Circles are not a substitute for psychotherapy, counselling, diagnosis, medical treatment, psychiatric care, medication, crisis intervention, or professional mental health support. Participating in a circle does not create a therapist-client, doctor-patient, counsellor-client, fiduciary, or other licensed professional relationship with Circle Now or any facilitator, unless you and a facilitator separately enter into a lawful professional relationship outside the platform.

If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, suicidal thoughts, thoughts of harming yourself or others, abuse, violence, medical distress, or any other urgent crisis, do not rely on Circle Now, a facilitator, or a circle. Contact local emergency services or an appropriate crisis support provider immediately.

4. Participant Self-Responsibility

By attending a circle or coaching session, you accept full responsibility for your own participation, choices, boundaries, disclosures, physical environment, emotional wellbeing, and decision to continue, pause, decline, leave, or seek outside support.

You agree that you are best positioned to know your own limits. You are responsible for assessing whether a particular circle, facilitator, group environment, or practice is appropriate for you. You may choose not to participate in any exercise or discussion at any time.

You agree not to use the platform as your sole or primary support if you are experiencing serious psychological distress, instability, or crisis. If you have a mental health condition, trauma history, medical condition, or other circumstance that could be affected by relational, emotional, or group practice, you should consult an appropriate qualified professional before participating.

5. Assumption of Risk and Release

You understand and accept that circles and related offerings may involve inherent risks, including emotional discomfort, interpersonal conflict, triggering memories or sensations, disappointment, misunderstanding, disagreement, social discomfort, unexpected group dynamics, or other distress during or after participation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you voluntarily assume all risks arising from or related to your participation in circles, coaching sessions, community interactions, facilitator-led practices, Zoom sessions, and any decisions you make based on your experience.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Circle Now, its owners, directors, officers, team members, contractors, service providers, successors, and assigns from claims, demands, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from or related to your voluntary participation, except to the extent caused by our own fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or other liability that cannot legally be excluded.

6. Independent Facilitators

Facilitators on Circle Now are independent practitioners. They are not employees, agents, legal representatives, partners, or joint venturers of Circle Now. Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, Circle Now does not supervise, direct, control, certify, guarantee, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content, methods, statements, qualifications, credentials, conduct, or results of any facilitator.

Each facilitator is responsible for the circles or sessions they host, including their preparation, descriptions, Zoom link, participant management, boundaries, safety practices, conduct, legal compliance, confidentiality practices, and any claims they make about their work.

Circle Now may review, approve, deny, suspend, remove, or restrict facilitator access, listings, profiles, circles, coaching sessions, or platform privileges at any time if we believe it is appropriate for safety, trust, policy, operational, reputational, or legal reasons.

7. Facilitator Access to Other Circles

Active facilitators may be allowed to attend other facilitators' circles at no charge as a community privilege. This privilege is not compensation, wages, employment consideration, a guaranteed benefit, or a vested right. It may be changed, limited, suspended, or withdrawn at any time.

Facilitators attending another facilitator's circle do so as participants and must follow all participant responsibilities, confidentiality expectations, and community conduct rules.

8. Community Conduct

You agree to participate with respect, consent, care, and personal responsibility. You must not:

  • harass, threaten, intimidate, stalk, shame, exploit, or abuse any participant, facilitator, or team member;
  • engage in discriminatory, hateful, sexually coercive, violent, predatory, or unsafe conduct;
  • pressure anyone to share, disclose, stay, continue an exercise, enter a private relationship, buy services, or participate beyond their consent;
  • record, photograph, screenshot, livestream, transcribe, or otherwise capture any circle, session, participant, chat, or community interaction without express written permission from Circle Now and all affected participants;
  • share another person's personal story, identity, contact information, image, voice, statements, or private disclosures outside the circle without their permission;
  • misrepresent your identity, qualifications, affiliations, health status, or intentions;
  • use the platform for unlawful activity, solicitation, spam, manipulation, commercial scraping, harassment, or data harvesting;
  • interfere with the platform, security systems, accounts, payments, or other users' access.

We may remove participants from a session, cancel bookings, restrict accounts, revoke membership, remove community profile visibility, or suspend access if we believe conduct violates these Terms or creates risk for the community.

9. Confidentiality and Privacy in Circles

Circle Now asks all participants and facilitators to respect the confidentiality of what is shared in circles. However, live group settings involve other people, and Circle Now cannot guarantee that a participant or facilitator will keep information confidential. You are responsible for choosing what you disclose.

You agree not to disclose another participant's identity, personal information, private story, emotional process, statements, or participation without their permission, except where disclosure is required by law or reasonably necessary to prevent serious harm.

Circle Now does not provide privileged communications. Communications in circles are not protected by therapist-client, attorney-client, doctor-patient, clergy-penitent, or similar professional privilege unless a separate applicable legal relationship exists outside the platform.

10. Booking, Payments, Membership, and Credits

Participants may book individual circles for the listed per-circle price or purchase an unlimited monthly membership, as available on the platform. Prices, membership terms, facilitator privileges, and available offerings may change from time to time.

Membership renews monthly until cancelled. You may cancel membership for future billing periods through your account or by contacting us. When you cancel, you keep full access through the end of your current billing period; the platform will automatically cancel any of your circle bookings whose start date falls after that end date, so the relevant facilitator has clear notice and the spot is freed for someone else. Cancelling membership does not automatically refund prior charges unless required by law or expressly stated by us.

If a membership renewal payment fails, your membership will enter a past-due state and Stripe will automatically retry the payment for a limited grace window (typically up to seven days). You can update your card and complete the renewal through your dashboard. If the retry window passes without successful payment, your membership will be cancelled and you can re-subscribe at any time.

Per-circle bookings may be cancelled according to the cancellation policy displayed on the platform. By default, cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled start time may receive a circle credit for future use; cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled start time and no-shows are not refundable and may not receive a credit. The exact cancellation window is shown in your dashboard at the time of cancellation and may be adjusted by Circle Now from time to time. Per-circle payments are non-refundable once a session has begun, unless required by law or expressly stated by us in writing.

Credits, discounts, facilitator access privileges, and promotional offers have no cash value, are non-transferable unless we expressly allow otherwise, and may be revoked in cases of error, misuse, fraud, or policy violation.

Payments are processed by Stripe or another third-party payment processor. We do not store your full card number, expiry date, or CVC. Stripe's payment and privacy practices are described in Stripe's Privacy Policy.

11. Coaching Sessions

Some facilitators may offer one-on-one coaching or related sessions through the platform. Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement, coaching sessions are not therapy, medical care, counselling, diagnosis, treatment, crisis support, or regulated healthcare.

The facilitator is responsible for the content, boundaries, claims, methods, qualifications, and conduct of any coaching session they offer. Circle Now provides booking and platform infrastructure only.

12. Platform Content and User Content

The website, branding, design, text, images, logos, software, and platform materials are owned by or licensed to Circle Now and may not be copied, modified, distributed, or used except as allowed by us in writing.

If you submit profile information, facilitator applications, bios, circle descriptions, messages, feedback, testimonials, or other content, you are responsible for ensuring that it is accurate, lawful, and does not violate another person's rights. You grant Circle Now a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, process, transmit, and use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, promote, protect, and improve the platform, subject to our Privacy Policy.

We may edit, hide, remove, or refuse content that we believe is inaccurate, misleading, unsafe, unlawful, promotional in an inappropriate way, harmful, or inconsistent with our community standards.

13. Third-Party Services

The platform may rely on third-party services such as Stripe, Zoom, hosting providers, email providers, analytics tools, and calendar or communication services. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies, including Stripe's Privacy Policy for payments and Zoom's Privacy Policy for live online sessions. Circle Now is not responsible for third-party platforms, outages, data practices, service failures, or content.

14. Suspension, Termination, and Refusal of Service

We may suspend, restrict, terminate, or refuse access to the platform, circles, membership, facilitator features, community features, or any offering at any time if we believe it is appropriate for safety, trust, operational, reputational, payment, policy, or legal reasons.

You may stop using the platform at any time. Certain provisions of these Terms will continue after your account ends, including payment obligations, releases, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, confidentiality obligations, intellectual property provisions, and dispute provisions.

15. No Warranties

The platform, circles, coaching sessions, facilitator listings, community features, and related services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Circle Now disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, safety, suitability, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We do not guarantee any particular facilitator, circle, outcome, transformation, emotional experience, safety result, compatibility, community connection, personal insight, healing, business result, or availability of any session.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Circle Now and its owners, directors, officers, team members, contractors, service providers, successors, and assigns will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, emotional distress, reputational, lost profit, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption damages, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the platform, any circle, any facilitator, any coaching session, any membership, or these Terms will not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid to Circle Now in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim; or (b) €100.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence where not waivable, or non-excludable consumer, privacy, or statutory rights.

17. Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Circle Now and its owners, directors, officers, team members, contractors, service providers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from or related to: (a) your use of the platform; (b) your participation in circles, coaching sessions, or community features; (c) your conduct toward any participant, facilitator, or team member; (d) your content or disclosures; (e) your breach of these Terms; (f) your violation of law or another person's rights; or (g) if you are a facilitator, any circle, coaching session, claim, representation, omission, negligence, misconduct, or breach arising from your facilitation or related services.

18. Changes to the Platform or These Terms

We may update the platform, change features, change prices, modify offerings, revise policies, or update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest version. If changes are material, we may provide notice through the platform, by email, or by requiring renewed acceptance. Continued use of the platform after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

19. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the platform, any circle, any coaching session, any membership, or your relationship with Circle Now Collective, are governed by the laws of the State of California and the federal laws of the United States applicable in California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

You and Circle Now Collective agree that any dispute that cannot first be resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable consumer protection rights or non-waivable data protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
